Short-Term Running Goals:

Find the time to run more races.

Long-Term Running Goals:

* Break 19 minutes for a 5k

* Break 39 minutes for a 10k

* Break 1:33 for half marathon

* Under 3:10:59 in full marathon

To Qualify for the Boston Marathon (A big goal right now but I believe I have it in me :)

Personal:

Married with a 2 kids, a 6 year old beautiful little girls and an amazing fun 4 year old little boy.  I am also a High School SPED teacher and a Wrestling coach.

New NB shoes, they are supposed to be very minimalistic and they are.  My legs were burning after this run but the shoes felt good.

I've been wondering about the NB 100's, so I'll be interested to see how they work for you...

Nevels, so far I am really liking them, much more supportive then 5 fingers and the still deliver that minimal feeling. Plus they look more "normal" then 5 fingers :)
