To Qualify for the Boston Marathon (A big goal right now but I believe I have it in me :)

| | Ran with a female friend and we finished the somewhat hilly course in 2:53: and some change. Felt good the entire time but had some knee (IT Band) pains when I finished. Probably from my sporadic training as of late. Doesn't feel like it is serious, going to take some extra time to stretch and maybe cut miles a tad on Monday to feel it out. Marathon only 3 weeks away : ) |

Still had a little IT pains so took it easy on the track. Got a new pair of racing flats, the Nike Lunarlite's and wanted to test them out too. Nice shoes.
