Married with a 2 kids, a 6 year old beautiful little girls and an amazing fun 4 year old little boy. I am also a High School SPED teacher and a Wrestling coach.

did x4 repeat 3/4 miles, started at about a 4:25 pace then did 3 at 4:10-4:15. Felt really good, first time feeling like this on the track in some time : )
